We're at the point in our renovation where things are starting to look up! Most of the dirty work is done and the rebuilding begins. The second floor was recently added by the previous owner, so thankfully we have minimal changes upstairs. My sister and brother-in-law drove 5 hours to visit us and we put them to work painting the upstairs bedrooms. They were rockstar painters and we hammered out both bedrooms in just a couple hours (for coat #1). I'm still currently working on trim, so after photos will be coming shortly.
Drywall has been added to the entire first floor!

Backer Board replaced behind the tub/shower.
And new well is being drilled. Thankful for the ability to get and have clean water!
Our little helper is giving a sneak peak to what's happening this week. Finishing trim work and could it possibly be...upstairs flooring?
